A Heartfelt Thank You.

Looking back on this year, we are truly grateful. Grateful for the growth we've seen in customers, partners, and on our own powerhouse team.

We are thankful for the shared vision of our growing community and that we get to be part of your learning journey. Taking a moment to look back, we are struck by the work we have accomplished together.

So, we wanted to share a recap of some highlights and resources.

PlatCore LMS Growth

New customers, partners, and team members have added life to this year. Our CEO and Founder, Jon Becker shared the Top 5 Moments of 5 Years that have helped build our success. We released the culmination of our epic four eBook series, The Ultimate LMS Project Toolkit.

We saw multiple product releases, with features that go even further to leverage the power of the ServiceNow platform. We built two new admin portal pages for managers and trainers, dashboards, lightning-fast dynamic search, and much more. For more, watch a recent demo on the upcoming release, PlatCore LMS 3.3.

First Federal Edition Release

PlatCore LMS's first Federal Edition was a great success and is just the beginning. The government-specific edition included OPM Competencies, Surveys, Compliance Dashboards, and much more.

We look forward to our subsequent releases that continue to offer targeted solutions to support the unique learning environments of our many government agencies. For more details, watch a demo of the PlatCore LMS Federal Edition.

Customer Service Management

Customer feedback has always played a critical role in our growth. Responding to increasing demand, this year we launched an extended enterprise offering with customer training native to ServiceNow CSM.

Here are a few of our new customer training resources, including a comprehensive business case offered by one of our very talented customers:

This list has just scratched the surface, we invite you to visit our blog for more.

From the entire team at PlatCore, we hope that this holiday season gives you moments to reflect on the hard work you have done this year. I also hope our hard work has served you in some small way.

Let us know how we can help drive success for your learning program in the coming year, as the need for your work has never been greater.

- Happy Holidays from the PlatCore Team!
