It is with a sense of awe, gratitude, and expectant optimism, I get to write another year-end note to the most important people; our customers, partners, friends, and colleagues.

It is no understatement that 2022 has been our best year ever. Our customers are awesome! Our team is phenomenal! We have great partners! “Friend of PlatCore” root for us!

How can I not be grateful?

Customer Focus

The PlatCore team set out at the beginning of the year to make 2022 all about our customers. I did this with a recognition that without you, our efforts are all for naught. To put our money where our mouths are, we invested to make communication simpler though our customer portal deployment.

We communicated more regularly and shared roadmaps freely.  And yes, when our customers ran into challenges, we faced the issues head on “shoulder to shoulder” with them. We didn’t (and won’t) shirk our responsibility to be “in the game” with our customers.

We were rewarded with great customer stories that we can share with others and build the PlatCore community.

As we look forward to 2023, a guiding principle since our founding has been to build a sustainable company. In short, we’re built to last. This won’t change.

Big Plans for 2023

We can’t wait to share what we have in store for 2023. We look forward to a significant update for our Federal Edition. Our main enterprise LMS platform is also getting an uplift to be even more engaging!

And we have a special treat for those looking to train their extended enterprise – external partners, their customers, distributors, or even citizens.
